- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and self rising flour until a dough forms. Stir with a spoon, then use your hands to combine.
- Divide the dough and shape each portion into a bagel.
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between.
- Brush the tops with a beaten egg (optional).
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
