- Water (for mixing cornstarch)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and soy sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with a small amount of water until smooth.
- Pour the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan and stir continuously for 3–5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the saucepan from heat; your sauce is ready to be used.
Notes
For a sweeter sauce, add honey or brown sugar during cooking. Use fresh orange juice for best results.
