Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for extra flavor. Great paired with spring rolls or a light salad.
