Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for another minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for extra flavor. Great paired with spring rolls or a light salad.
