Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove any bruised or wilted outer leaves from the cabbage. Rinse under cool water and thoroughly pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Cut the cabbage in half through the core, then cut into quarters and into 2–3 smaller wedges, ensuring each wedge retains a portion of the core.
  3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the cabbage wedges and sprinkle the spice blend. Toss to coat each wedge evenly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place seasoned cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Flip each wedge and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  8. Transfer wedges to a serving platter and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.

For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and ensure wedges are cut to a uniform thickness.
