- 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over both halves, then dust with the grated Parmesan.
- Carefully place the bread halves in the air fryer basket, cheese-side up.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer, let it rest for a minute, then slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispy crust, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and keep an eye on the bread towards the end of cooking.
