Description

This air fryer cheesy garlic bread elevates a simple loaf with a golden, crusty exterior and gooey cheese interior.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over both halves, then dust with the grated Parmesan.
  5. Carefully place the bread halves in the air fryer basket, cheese-side up.
  6. Cook for 5–6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, let it rest for a minute, then slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispy crust, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and keep an eye on the bread towards the end of cooking.
