- 2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1.5 tablespoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder (mild), or paprika
- 1.5 teaspoon red chili powder (hot)
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1.5 tablespoon super fine almond flour or cashew powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1.5 tablespoon kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves), crushed
- 3 tablespoon mustard oil or ghee
- ⅛ teaspoon red food color (optional)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients for the first marinade in a bowl. Rub mix over chicken, ensuring even coating. Rest 30 minutes for flavor infusion.
- In a larger bowl, combine second marinade ingredients. Coat chicken thoroughly. Marinate overnight or at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C). Place chicken in the basket. Air fry for about 40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Turn chicken midway for even cooking.
