Instructions

  2. Stir in red pepper flakes (if using), season with salt and black pepper, and set aside.
  3. Remove store-bought dough from the fridge and let sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.
  4. Lightly flour a clean surface and divide the dough in half.
  5. Stretch or roll each piece into a thin oval or rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Brush each stretched dough piece with half of the garlic oil mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese and parsley, then add any optional toppings.
  8. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  9. Carefully place one flatbread in the air fryer and cook for 6–8 minutes, checking around 5 minutes.
  10. Remove the cooked flatbread and let it rest before repeating with the second flatbread.
  11. Slice flatbreads into wedges and serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and olive oil.

  2. For best texture, reheat in the air fryer. Quick tips: avoid heavy toppings, and allow dough to rest if it springs back.
