- 1 lb (450 g) green beans, tough ends removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons homemade chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse green beans under cool water and pat dry. Snap or cut off the stem ends.
- Mince the garlic and set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Shake the basket after 8 minutes, then cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
