Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
  • Cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
  • Black beans (optional)
  • Jalapeños (sliced, optional)
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)
  • Green onions (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread a layer of tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the seasoned ground meat, black beans, and jalapeños over the chips.
  4. Top generously with shredded cheese.
  5. Air fry for about 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and top with sour cream, salsa, and chopped green onions.
