Description

A delicious and crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken that’s easy to prepare and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the mixture, pressing down to ensure it sticks.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray the tops of the chicken with olive oil spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, ensure the coating sticks well by pressing down on the chicken after coating it. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
