Description
Enjoy a crunchy, golden snack that transforms cheese ravioli into party-perfect bites in minutes with this easy air fryer recipe.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (20-25 ounce) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Set up Breading Station: Place flour (seasoned with salt and pepper) in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs with milk (seasoned with salt and pepper) in a second, and combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, and basil in a third.
- Bread the Ravioli: Dredge each ravioli in flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Rest (Optional): Place breaded ravioli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Air Fryer Basket: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Air Fry: Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Serve immediately with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
If using frozen ravioli, increase air-fry time by a few minutes. Resting the breaded ravioli helps the coating adhere better.
