  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and dry it.
  2. Cut the sweet potato into uniform ½-inch dice.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the sweet potato cubes in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Place the seasoned sweet potato pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket.
  8. Continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
