Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas (8" or 10")
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dried Italian herbs
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic (or garlic powder) and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Brush the garlic butter evenly over the top surface of each tortilla.
  3. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella on both tortillas. If using, add parmesan on top.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange one tortilla in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Carefully remove from air fryer, let cool for a minute, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
