Crispy, cheesy, and garlicky tortilla garlic bread ready in under 10 minutes, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas (8" or 10")
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dried Italian herbs
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic (or garlic powder) and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Brush the garlic butter evenly over the top surface of each tortilla.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella on both tortillas. If using, add parmesan on top.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange one tortilla in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Carefully remove from air fryer, let cool for a minute, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
For even melting, consider grating your own mozzarella. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
