- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Crackers or chips, for serving
Instructions
- Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth.
- Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, paprika, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
- Taste the dip and adjust seasonings as necessary.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving. Garnish with green onions (if using) and serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers or chips.
Notes
Chill for at least an hour to let flavors meld. To reduce calories, substitute half the mayo with Greek yogurt.
