  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sugar, apple sauce, and egg until well blended.
  4. Carefully combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed—be careful not to over-stir.
