Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup diced apples

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sugar, apple sauce, and egg until well blended.
Carefully combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed—be careful not to over-stir.
Fold in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly dispersed in the batter.
Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners. Pour the batter into each muffin cup.
