Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced apples
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sugar, apple sauce, and egg until well blended.
- Carefully combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed—be careful not to over-stir.
- Fold in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly dispersed in the batter.
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners. Pour the batter into each muffin cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
