- 3 medium-sized apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/3 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the diced apples gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- To prepare the crumble topping, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Mix until crumbles form.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the cake batter in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
