Ingredients

  • 4 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples and pears with half of the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, remaining sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
  4. Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
