- 4 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples and pears with half of the sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, remaining sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.

Store covered at room temperature for up to 2 days or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
