- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 red onion, cut into large chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Add chicken chunks and ensure they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
