- ½ tsp salt

- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Frosting Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- Green gel food coloring
- Optional: vanilla or almond extract
- Decorating Materials:
- Junior Mints or chocolate chips (eyes)
- Lime slices, fondant, or pretzel sticks (ears)

Instructions
- Bake the Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with brown cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder (if using), sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Stir until smooth—avoid overmixing.
- Fill liners ¾ full and bake for 18–20 minutes. Cool completely before decorating.
- Make the Frosting: Beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar. Add milk and green gel food coloring. Mix until smooth and light green. Add optional extract for flavor.
- Decorate: Pipe green frosting onto cooled cupcakes. Add Junior Mints or chocolate chips for eyes. Use lime slices, fondant, or pretzel sticks for ears. Get creative!
Notes
Use a small round piping tip for Baby Yoda’s head. Chill decorated cupcakes for 10–15 minutes before serving for clean lines.
