Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 cup mozzarella for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta shells until al dente and set aside.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Spread 1 cup Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
