- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
- Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of candied pecans, if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then add a tiny sprig of rosemary for garnish.
Notes
Best served warm. Can personalize with different jams or cheeses.
