Ingredients
2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
2 tablespoons butter (optional, for roasting)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 – 3 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Fresh rosemary (optional for garnish)

Instructions
Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Halve the pears and scoop out the cores, placing them cut-side up in a baking dish. Brush cut sides with melted butter if desired.
Bake the pears for 20-25 minutes until tender but not mushy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle each pear half with feta, nuts, cranberries, and drizzle with honey.
Broil for an additional 5 minutes or just 1-2 minutes until toppings caramelize, keeping a close eye.
Serve warm, garnished with extra honey and fresh rosemary if desired.
