- 4 cups diced potatoes

- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
