Ingredients
Flour tortillas
Ground turkey
Black beans
Green chiles
Seasonings (cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper)
Cheese (optional)
Avocado (for sauce)
Lime juice (for sauce)
Salt (for sauce)
Sour cream or yogurt (optional, for sauce)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
Add black beans, green chiles, and seasonings to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Fill each flour tortilla with the turkey mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Top with cheese if using.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until tortillas are crispy.
For the avocado sauce, blend avocado, lime juice, salt, and optional sour cream until smooth.
Serve tacos with avocado sauce on the side.
