Ingredients
- Flour tortillas
- Ground turkey
- Black beans
- Green chiles
- Seasonings (cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper)
- Cheese (optional)
- Avocado (for sauce)
- Lime juice (for sauce)
- Salt (for sauce)
- Sour cream or yogurt (optional, for sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add black beans, green chiles, and seasonings to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Fill each flour tortilla with the turkey mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Top with cheese if using.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tortillas are crispy.
- For the avocado sauce, blend avocado, lime juice, salt, and optional sour cream until smooth.
- Serve tacos with avocado sauce on the side.
