  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in the mashed bananas until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence. Refrigerate covered for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
