Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup crushed vanilla cookies or graham crackers
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender; blend until smooth and fluffy.
- Slice one banana into thin rounds and mash the second banana.
- Spoon or pipe a dollop of the whipped cottage mixture into the bottom of each serving cup.
- Add a layer of banana slices on top.
- Sprinkle crushed cookies or graham crackers over the bananas.
- Repeat layering with cottage mixture, banana slices, and cookie crumbs.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Use a high-powered blender for the smoothest texture and choose very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
