Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions. Fluff and keep warm.
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth — this is your bang bang sauce. Taste and adjust heat or sweetness as desired.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
Add the chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté with the turkey until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4–6 minutes.
Pour the prepared bang bang sauce over the turkey and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Let everything warm together for 1–2 minutes.
Serve the turkey and sauce over warm jasmine rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
Substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce. For spice control, adjust the sriracha to taste.
