Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions and keep it warm.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground turkey, and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Reduce heat to low, pour in the bang bang sauce, and stir to coat turkey and vegetables; warm through for 1–2 minutes.
Serve the mixture over jasmine rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
