Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm over cooked rice.
Notes
For added flavor, top with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
