Description

A quick and delicious stir-fry featuring tender beef and crisp broccoli, packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm over cooked rice.

Notes

For added flavor, top with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
