- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Slice the beef against the grain for better tenderness. Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for extra nutrition.
