- 8 slices beef bacon
- 1 wheel Brie cheese, trimmed and cubed
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Chopped chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-12 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
- Trim Brie and cut into small cubes.
- Prepare egg wash with beaten egg.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough into a rectangle on parchment paper; press seams to seal. Repeat with second can.
- Place one rectangle at the center and overlap the second rectangle, cutting 16 triangles from the center, leaving a small circle in the center.
- Fill the wider ends of each triangle with crumbled bacon and cubed Brie.
- Fold triangles over the filling, shaping the dough into a wreath.
- Brush the wreath with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served warm or at room temperature. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen before baking for up to 2 months.
