- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons non-alcoholic red wine

Instructions

- Prepare an egg wash with some of the beaten eggs and set aside.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough into a rectangle, sealing the seams, and repeat with the second can.

- Spoon crumbled bacon onto the wider edge of each triangle and scatter cubed Brie over the bacon.
- Fold each triangle over the filling to form a wreath shape.
- Brush the wreath with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool and optionally sprinkle with chives before serving.
Notes
For best results, use quality Brie. You can customize by adding jam or swapping ingredients like for turkey bacon or dairy-free cheese alternatives.
