Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Cut the beef against the grain for a more tender bite. You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra nutrition.
