- 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
Cut the beef against the grain for a more tender bite. You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra nutrition.
