- 1 cup orzo pasta

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.

- Add orzo pasta, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for about 10 minutes or until orzo is tender.
