Ingredients

  • 10 – 12 frozen beef potstickers (do not thaw)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup small diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add frozen beef potstickers in a single layer; cook until the bottoms are golden brown and crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, and julienned carrot to the pan; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Incorporate the minced garlic, minced ginger, and sliced green onions; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/4 cup water; toss to coat and heat through for 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes as desired.
