A fun and simple twist on the classic Big Mac burger, perfect for any meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat. Stir in onion soup mix and cook according to package directions.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish to create the special sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave or skillet for a few seconds until pliable.
- To assemble, lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the beef mixture in the center, followed by cheese, lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of the special sauce.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container and consume within two days. You can also make a vegetarian version using black beans or lentils.
