Description

A fun and simple twist on the classic Big Mac burger, perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat. Stir in onion soup mix and cook according to package directions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish to create the special sauce.
  3. Warm tortillas in a microwave or skillet for a few seconds until pliable.
  4. To assemble, lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the beef mixture in the center, followed by cheese, lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of the special sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container and consume within two days. You can also make a vegetarian version using black beans or lentils.
