  • Author: Elsa
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 wraps 1x

Description

These Big Mac Wraps are a healthier, handheld twist on the fast food classic. Featuring seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, and a homemade creamy Big Mac sauce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for meal prep or a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Beef:
    • 1 lb lean ground beef
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • For the Big Mac Sauce:
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp grated onion
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    • 2 tsp yellow mustard
    • 1 tsp white vinegar
    • ¼ tsp paprika
  • For the Wraps:
    • 4 flour tortillas (or low-carb/keto options)
    • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
    • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
    • ¼ cup chopped pickles
    • ¼ cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the Beef: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 more minute, mixing well.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Add shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, chopped onions, pickles, tomatoes (if using), and cooked beef.
  5. Dress It: Drizzle generously with prepared Big Mac sauce.
  6. Wrap It Up: Fold tightly like a burrito. Optional: Toast in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side for a crispy finish. Serve warm.

Notes

To make it low-carb, use low-carb tortillas and sugar-free ketchup. You can also prep the beef and sauce in advance for quicker assembly during the week.
