Ingredients
Scale
- For the Beef:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- For the Big Mac Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grated onion
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp paprika
- For the Wraps:
- 4 flour tortillas (or low-carb/keto options)
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped pickles
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess grease.
- Season the Beef: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 more minute, mixing well.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Add shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, chopped onions, pickles, tomatoes (if using), and cooked beef.
- Dress It: Drizzle generously with prepared Big Mac sauce.
- Wrap It Up: Fold tightly like a burrito. Optional: Toast in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side for a crispy finish. Serve warm.
Notes
To make it low-carb, use low-carb tortillas and sugar-free ketchup. You can also prep the beef and sauce in advance for quicker assembly during the week.
