- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (375°F).
- Place marinated chicken on the griddle, searing each side for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and stir in additional minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour this mixture over cooked chicken along with grated parmesan.
