Delightful bluebery and cream cheese-filled pastry sticks, perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture along one side of each pastry rectangle.
- Scatter blueberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Tightly roll the pastry starting from the filled side and seal the edge.
- Brush each roll with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 16–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
