Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish and cut biscuits into quarters, spreading them evenly on the bottom.
- Layer cooked sausage over biscuit pieces.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
- Top with shredded cheese.
