Description

Delicious breakfast rolls filled with savory sausage, crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and cheese wrapped in crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of premade crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just set.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. On each triangle, add a spoonful of the scrambled eggs, some crumbled sausage, chopped bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake according to package instructions or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
