Delicious breakfast rolls filled with savory sausage, crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and cheese wrapped in crescent roll dough.
Ingredients

- 1 can of premade crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just set.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- On each triangle, add a spoonful of the scrambled eggs, some crumbled sausage, chopped bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake according to package instructions or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
