- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup bubblegum flavoring
- Food coloring (pink and blue)
- Rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly for 5–8 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and bubblegum flavoring.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls; color one pink and the other blue.
- Drop spoonfuls of each mixture alternately into the prepared pan.
- Swirl together gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until set, before cutting into squares.
Notes
For firmer squares, refrigerate longer. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
