Description

A nostalgic trip in every bite, this creamy and pastel Bubblegum Cloud Fudge captures retro flavor and is perfect for parties or a whimsical afternoon treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup bubblegum flavoring
  • Food coloring (pink and blue)
  • Rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly for 5–8 minutes until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and bubblegum flavoring.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls; color one pink and the other blue.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of each mixture alternately into the prepared pan.
  6. Swirl together gently with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until set, before cutting into squares.

Notes

For firmer squares, refrigerate longer. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
