- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk

- 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking. Pat dry with a towel.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add buttermilk and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth with no large lumps.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, ensuring full coverage and shaking off excess. Arrange on the baking sheet.

- Remove from oven and toss in Buffalo sauce until coated. Return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to crisp up.
- Let cool briefly before serving with celery sticks and your choice of dressing.
Notes
