- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup rice
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

- Add rice, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
