1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 to 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies (for layering)

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon if using.
In serving cups, create a layer with graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies.
Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the crumbs.

Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
