  • 1 cup whipped topping (stabilized whipped cream or light whipped topping)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies (for layering)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon if using.
  2. In serving cups, create a layer with graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies.
  3. Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the crumbs.
  4. Add a layer of the mixed apples on top of the pudding.
  5. Top with whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  7. Drizzle additional caramel on top for decoration.
  8. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
